Once you go under contract on a home, the timeline to closing is carefully orchestrated to ensure a smooth process. First, we'll schedule a home inspection to identify any issues that need addressing. Following this, an appraisal will be conducted to confirm the home's value aligns with the agreed price. 

As we move forward, I'll remind you to set up utilities for your new home. If any repairs were agreed upon, I'll ensure they are completed satisfactorily. We'll also coordinate a final walk-through to verify the home's condition before closing. 

Throughout this period, I'll assist with contractor recommendations and moving contacts to ease your transition. Finally, I'll confirm the settlement statement to ensure all financial aspects are in order. My goal is to guide you through every step, making your journey to the closing table as seamless as possible.
